NEW JERSEY (March 6, 2020)—The Dodge Momentum Index moved 1.8% lower in February to 148.7  from the revised January reading of 151.4. The Momentum Index, issued by Dodge Data & Analytics, is a monthly measure of the first (or initial) report for nonresidential building projects in planning, which have been shown to lead construction spending for nonresidential buildings by a full year.

"Modular" has become a buzzword in the industry over the past few years, and Guerdon has been one of the companies leading the charge in making off-site manufacturing an attractive, efficient, and profitable project delivery method. WASHINGTON—The United States Department of Labor’s (DOL) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has published “Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19” to help companies respond in the event of coronavirus in the workplace. The guidance was developed in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).
