(July 26, 2017) — The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) announced the results of its quarterly CONFINDEX survey showing that the overall CONFINDEX reading declined by more than five percent during the second quarter and is up less than two percent on a year-over-year basis. KATY, Texas – Kobelco Construction Machinery USA continues its commitment to provide customers with quality products from its North American excavator production facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Increases in manufacturing capacity and several new hires are on the horizon as the facility ramps up to produce 1,800 units/year.
