PRINCETON, N.J. (July 26, 2017) — The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) announced the results of its quarterly CONFINDEX survey showing that the overall CONFINDEX reading declined by more than five percent during the second quarter and is up less than two percent on a year-over-year basis. Overall, CONFINDEX stood at 123 during the second quarter, after increasing to 130 during the year’s first three months.

WASHINGTON (July 24, 2017) – The AIA Consensus Construction Forecast projects annual growth in the 3.5 percent to 4.0 percent range for the remainder of 2017 as well as for 2018, with a slower growing commercial/industrial market, and an institutional sector facing several challenges. While some slowdown in the commercial sector was anticipated for 2017 and 2018, it was expected to be offset by acceleration in the institutional sector.

DURHAM, N.C. (July 12, 2017) — Prescient is moving the company’s headquarters from Arvada, Colorado to Durham, North Carolina and opening a second manufacturing facility in nearby Mebane.

The North Carolina facility will serve clients east of the Mississippi River, while the Colorado facility will continue to serve clients in the western United States. The company is hosting a grand opening for the new Mebane facility July 12.
