SAN DIEGO, May 14, 2012 – Gafcon, Inc., a leading San Diego-based construction management and consulting firm, and sister company SharePoint360, a provider of business productivity consulting and hosting solutions, announce the hire of Paul Najar as vice president and general counsel. In this position Najar will build and maintain the legal infrastructure of both Gafcon and SharePoint360.
Najar brings more than 23 years of corporate law and administrative management experience in a variety of industries including construction, financial services, healthcare and information technologies. Prior to Gafcon and SharePoint360, Najar was co-founder and principal of Mayfair European Advisors, an international consulting firm that helps U.S. companies establish or improve their operations in Europe. Before founding Mayfair European Advisors, Najar worked for more than 14 years at Anacomp, Inc., a global business solutions technology company, where he served as Executive Vice President of Administration, General Counsel and Secretary.

Najar holds a joint Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and humanities from the University of California at Irvine and a Juris Doctorate from the Martin Luther King School of Law at the University of California at Davis.
