  • Hill International to Manage Construction of GPIC Headquarters at Philadelphia Navy Yard

    MARLTON, N.J. & PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 31, 2012  — Hill International announced today that it has received a contract from the Pennsylvania State University to provide professional project management services during construction of a facility for the Greater Philadelphia Innovation Cluster (GPIC). The $39 million project, located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, involves retrofitting a 38,000-square-foot existing facility into the GPIC headquarters building and research center. GPIC’s focus is to improve energy efficiency, operability and sustainability within new and existing buildings.
