McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. (July 10, 2017) — JLG Industries Inc. announced that during the week of July 10, employees worldwide will be able to give 4 hours of their time to volunteer at charities. This is part of the access segment’s celebration of Oshkosh Corporation’s 100th anniversary.

Approximately 700 employees are participating in the Good 2 Give Back (G2GB) program, globally. Participating locations include North America, India, China, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Russia, Middle East, Romania, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands.

“Giving back to the communities in which we operate is very important to us and speaks to our culture at JLG,” said JLG Industries’ Vice President of Global Human Resources, Emma McTague. “We can think of no better way to celebrate our parent company’s milestone anniversary than by sharing our passions and talents with the communities we call home. We want this to be meaningful to each employee, so we encourage them to select programs close to their hearts.”

Groups are donating their time to a variety of charities and institutions, including hospitals, animal rescue centers, safe houses for women and children, food banks, horse stables that serve people with physical or mental disabilities, daycare centers and clothing drives, among many others.
