(May 22, 2013) - The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has recognized 103 member manufacturers with Statistics Outstanding Merit Awards for their exemplary 2012 participation in AEM’s data reporting programs.
The winners’ performance enhances AEM’s ability to provide members with meaningful equipment-specific statistics to help assess market share and trends for improved forecasting and production planning. AEM operates more than 245 unique product programs ranging from county-level retail sales data in North America to shipments data on a global basis.
The annual awards are based on data reporting timeliness and accuracy, meeting attendance and timely responses to ballots, audits and surveys.
AEM also recognized seven companies for improved data reporting performance: Lippmann Milwaukee, Metso Minerals, Paladin Light Construction. Roadtec/Carlson Paving, Stoll Loaders, Sweepster Attachments and Yanmar America Power.
