RBA Builders announced a leadership transition that reflects the company’s focus on long-term growth, continuity and people-centered leadership.

Effective January 2026, Bryan Pavalko became CEO, and Gabe Baltodano assumed the role of president of RBA Builders LLC.
Pavalko has acted as president and stakeholder since 2014 and brings more than 40 years of experience across the commercial, industrial, entertainment and aerospace sectors. His leadership has strengthened RBA’s operational capabilities, advanced companywide systems, and reinforced a culture grounded in sound judgment, accountability and collaboration. As CEO, Pavalko will focus on guiding RBA’s long-term strategy, supporting leadership development, and ensuring the company remains adaptable while investing in its people and future.
Baltodano, formerly vice president of risk management and personnel, has been with RBA since 2016. He is an executive leader and stakeholder. With more than 20 years of experience spanning construction, safety and public service, Baltodano has played a key role in strengthening RBA’s safety culture, personnel practices and operational consistency. As president, he will oversee day-to-day operations while continuing to provide steady support across the organization.
