Mack Trucks Enhances MyMack App to Improve Customer Productivity
GREENSBORO, NC (Oct. 26, 2026) — Mack Trucks announced an improvement to the MyMack app, a driver application that enhances the connected vehicle experience. Available for download from the Apple Store and Google Play, the MyMack app gives drivers remote access to their vehicles, allowing them to monitor critical information and control select functions directly from their smartphones.
Drivers can now easily access the Digital Driver Guide through the app, rather than needing to visit websites or scan a QR code. The app will have the vehicle’s vehicle identification number already programmed in so the driver can view the guide for a specific truck. The MyMack app is available for the Mack Pioneer, all-new Mack Anthem, new Mack Granite and Mack Keystone models.
“With the MyMack app, we’re putting more of the information and functionality drivers need right at their fingertips,” said Brandon Page, Mack senior product manager for vehicle electrical and electronics. “Integrating the Digital Driver Guide into the app makes it even easier for drivers to access information specific to their truck, while features such as remote vehicle monitoring and climate control help make their day more convenient and productive.”
Mack launched MyMack when it debuted the Mack Pioneer model in April 2025. Along with the Driver Guide, drivers can remotely check the status of vehicle lights and monitor their truck’s level of fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and oil. When equipped with the new Mack Integrated Parking Cooler, the MyMack app also enables remote climate control activation, allowing drivers to set the temperature for their cab environment before starting the workday, adding driver comfort to its benefits.
The MyMack app is part of Mack’s Integrated Uptime bundle, a comprehensive connected vehicle offering. Mack Connect combines real-time vehicle tracking, performance analytics and driver support features into a single, integrated solution that maximizes fleet efficiency and uptime. The MyMack app and Mack Connect portal come with a five-year introductory offer bundled with Mack Integrated Uptime.
The Mack Connect portal is a single source for vehicle location tracking, performance data, operational analytics and diagnostics. Fleet managers can monitor vehicle location and speed history, while accessing detailed performance metrics, including cruise control usage and idle time. The system also enables analysis of individual fuel efficiency and comparison across drivers and trucks, supporting more efficient route planning.
Safety monitoring, available through Mack Connect, gives fleet managers detailed information about roll stability interventions, hard braking events and driver seatbelt usage. This data supports practical driver coaching by using real examples and focusing on specific areas for improvement.
