As the chairman of FMI, Hank M. Harris is responsible for the management and governance of the firm’s board of directors. After being the CEO of FMI for the maximum number of years in the firm’s bylaws, Harris assumed the executive chair role. He now consults for firms in matters of organization, strategic planning and the execution of strategic plans through mergers and acquisitions. Harris has consulted with a variety of industry players, and his advice is sought by engineering, contracting, EPC and related industry firms. He is a certified management consultant and a member of the American Arbitration Association and the Consulting Constructors Council of America.
