TMG Construction Corporation Announces Key Promotions

LEESBURG, Va. (Sept. 1, 2026) — The Matthews Group Inc. t/a TMG Construction Corporation (TMG), a general contractor and design-builder in the construction industry, announced leadership promotions that position the company for continued growth, enhanced operational capabilities and a broadened geographical reach.

Joe Rodenbeck, PMP, has been promoted to vice president of capital operations. Rodenbeck has been with TMG for over 10 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership, business excellence, and a commitment to the TMG culture.  He has earned the respect of employees, clients and partners by leading teams and working through complex challenges, while remaining dedicated to delivering results.

Taylor Vogel has been named director of capital operations. Vogel has been with TMG for 20 years and has been instrumental in strengthening the group’s strategies and growth while supporting field leadership across the team. His expertise and work ethic position him to help guide the expansion of the capital group.
