READING, Pa. (Aug. 28, 2026) — Reading Truck Equipment LLC. and Masterack LLC., two J. B. Poindexter & Co. Inc. companies specializing in commercial vehicle upfit solutions, announced the integration of their operations to create a comprehensive commercial vehicle upfit organization.

The integration brings together Masterack’s leadership in cargo management solutions for commercial vans and pickup trucks with Reading Truck Equipment’s nationwide network of commercial vehicle upfit, installation, parts and service locations. Together, the combined organization creates a broad commercial vehicle upfit portfolio, giving customers access to expanded product offerings, greater geographic coverage and a more seamless experience from specification through installation and ongoing support.

As part of the integration, the combined organization will also assume responsibility for the BEDSLIDE product line, including manufacturing, sales and customer support. The addition of BEDSLIDE expands the organization’s portfolio of truck and van cargo management solutions, further strengthening its position as a single-source provider of commercial vehicle upfit products and services.
