ADAIRSVILLE, Ga. (April 22, 2025) — SAKAI America announced the start of production for its popular 54-inch soil compactor in North America. Previously produced in Japan and imported, the SV204 has begun rolling off the assembly line at SAKAI’s Adairsville, Georgia, manufacturing plant.

AAA Releases Best Practices for E-Discovery in Construction Arbitrations

Dodge: Construction Starts Improved 3% in March

BOSTON (April 21, 2025) — Total construction starts were up 3% in March to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $1.1 trillion, according to Dodge Construction Network. Nonresidential building starts grew 6%, residential starts decreased 5%, while nonbuilding starts increased 9%. On a year-to-date basis through March, total construction starts were down 1% from last year.
