WESTFIELD, N.J. (Dec. 15, 2025) — REDCOM Design & Construction joined the groundbreaking ceremony for the 3PL Logistics Center, 156 Boundary Road, Marlboro, New Jersey. The ceremony was held Thursday, Dec. 4.
In attendance were Lara Eddi (3PL), Marcos Eddi (3PL), Mo Elkhadragy (REDCOM), Ryan Teicher (REDCOM), Sam Rockaway(REDCOM), Josh Tiner (REDCOM), Sean Feeney (REDCOM), Pat Kelmartin (REDCOM), Julie McKeon (Stilo), Bobby Stilo (Stilo).
The facility will have improved access along Boundary Road, expanded parking areas, and upgraded stormwater management systems. REDCOM is managing the construction and provided architectural and engineering services.
The REDCOM team has started the ground-up construction of a brand-new logistics, shipping and fulfillment facility. The building (56,170 square feet), will include four offices, one large breakroom and two bathrooms. There will be four loading dock doors and one drive-in door. It will be a precast concrete panel building with form liners.
