Dec. 12, 2025 — RBA Builders, full-service commercial general contractor and provider of construction services, announced the retirement of CEO and founder Robert (Bob) Anderson after 18 years of leadership. Anderson’s leadership has been instrumental in cultivating a company culture defined by integrity, high performance and long-term relationships.
Anderson often expressed how grateful he is to have played a role in the professional journeys of those who have been part of RBA. As CEO and founder, he has witnessed the resilience and evolution of the company and is confident that RBA’s succession plan will ensure the company’s continued success.
In 2026, Bryan Pavalko will assume the role of CEO while Gabe Baltodano assumes the role of president, a move that ensures the RBA leadership team remains fully aligned with the organization’s founding core values and dedicated to carrying them forward.
During this next chapter, Anderson looks forward to spending more time with his family and staying connected to RBA as a mentor and strategic advisor. He leaves on a note of gratitude and appreciation to everyone who played a part in making RBA what it is today.
