SAN DIEGO (April 6, 2017) – The Raken App recently launched an improved feature on its award winning SaaS application. Raken Summary Reports quickly and easily automates reports for the construction team and owner on any size project.

The latest launch of the Summary Reports features significant improvements in compiling, configuring and optimizing Weekly/Monthly report distribution and visibility. Most notably, new Weekly/Monthly Summary Reports contain graphical labor insights and amalgamation of the daily reports with the custom information configuration and audience distribution.

“There is nothing more tedious for construction supervisors than poring over dailies in order to submit reports,” said Dr. Sergey Sundukovskiy, PhD, cofounder and chief technology officer for Raken. “Raken's Summary Reports feature automates these reports for team leaders and owners with no additional work on their end. Our automated reports provide valuable insight on the performance and progress of the on-site workers as well as sub-contractors.”

The first page snapshot within Summary Reports provides a progress report showing: number of workers, hours worked, safety incidents, delays, missed dailies and open tasks. Summary Reports contains three advantages that are new or enhanced in this latest version:

  • Sortable by project – All of a manager’s projects can be seen on one convenient screen. But more importantly, each project can be sorted and viewed by category.
  • Snapshot comparison – With one view, progress can be viewed by week, month or lifetime of a project. The snapshot is graphed and overlaid with weather conditions to allow for immediate analysis of manpower to include sub-contractors.
  • Fully customizable delivery – Reports are automatically delivered to the email inboxes of choice as customized by the user. Not only do the reports go directly to who needs them at the designated time and day, the contents of the report is customizable based on who is receiving the data.
