URBANDALE, Iowa (Sept. 18, 2025) — DICA announced the expansion of its Urbandale, Iowa, headquarters by building out additional manufacturing and office space within its existing facility. Over the coming months, the newly developed area will be outfitted to increase production capacity, streamline operations and provide room for staff growth.
With these improvements, DICA will be able to maintain higher inventory levels and deliver products with greater speed. The expansion also includes investments in specialized manufacturing equipment, which will support the company’s ability to expand its product offerings.
In addition to facility improvements, DICA is actively adding to its sales team. Most recently, DICA added Harrison Hipple as account manager, crane and rigging. Hipple brings experience in crane sales and product management, gained during more than 15 years at The Manitowoc Company. His specialized expertise will play a key role in strengthening customer support and developing tailored solutions for crane rental customers.
As DICA continues to grow, the company is investing not only in facilities and equipment, but also in building a strong team to lead product lines and deliver “exceptional service” to customers in construction, crane rental, tree care, utilities and related industries.
