With the ability to unload hot asphalt, gravel, sand or other materials in one minute or less, all from inside the truck cab, the Flow Boy Live-Bottom offers productivity and efficiency for paving contractors.

The Flow Boy acquisition by Bergkamp provides a natural expansion of the company’s product lines, in line with its mission of providing customers with the highest-quality equipment. Specifically, the live-bottom transporter provides a more efficient and safer way for contractors to haul asphalt and chip-seal material and load their pavers without the height and tipping hazards typically associated with dump-style units. The Flow Boy design minimizes material spills, eliminating the need for workers to manually shovel material into the paver or support unit.

Bergkamp currently offers truck-mounted Flow Boy units in 12, 15 and 19 cubic-yard sizes, with trailer units coming in the future.
