Rock Hill, SC (July 20, 2015) – Applied Machinery Sales (AMS-Merlo), the official importer of world class Merlo telehandlers, is pleased to announce its expansion with a new office location in Rock Hill, South Carolina. With nearly 48,000 square feet of space, this new location furthers AMS-Merlo’s plans to expand their business and support their growing dealer network.
The new Rock Hill facility will house the company’s vast parts and attachments inventory, handle daily orders and provide more space for servicing and repairs by in-house technicians. Having this additional space with equipment on hand will allow AMS-Merlo technicians to service units fast and efficiently with minimal downtime for customers.
Additionally, this new facility allows AMS-Merlo to expand their in-house training for dealers and customers as well as offer demonstrations to provide a more hands-on experience for potential customers.
Applied Machinery Sales was named the official importer of Merlo telehandlers in 2012 and has since offered the full line of world class Merlo telehandlers in the 5,500 to 26,500 lb. classes with heights ranging from 19 to 96 feet.
