Global eTraining Releases Total Leadership Library for the AEC Industry

CALGARY, AB (November 27, 2015) – Global eTraining recently announced the release of their Total Leadership Library. Available on the award-winning Global eTraining platform from December 2015, the Total Leadership Library provides a comprehensive suite of “soft skills” training, essential to developing collaborative leaders in the AEC Industry.

Cloud-based platforms and advanced BIM software have made connected, global workforces a reality. But technology is only part of the system: an essential portfolio of soft skills determines the efficiency, collaboration, leadership and quality of project delivery. The Total Leadership Library was created in consultation with Brent Darnell – engineer, skills coach and author of The People-Profit Connection.

Example topics include:

1. Introduction to Emotional Intelligence for the AEC industry
2. Relationship Skills: The 12 Steps to High Performing Teams
3. Presentation Skills: How do people perceive you?
4. Primal Safety: How to motivate people to make safe decisions.
5. Innovation and Creativity
6. Improvisation and Leadership/Emotional Intelligence and Marketing
7. Time Management and Systems Thinking
8. Workforce Development

For leaders in the AEC Industry, the Leadership Library is an opportunity to ensure your workforce for the future, with aligned BIM technical and leadership skills. Plus, a diversity of content from a single source, accessed through a single licensing agreement, is a far more efficient and effective model than licensing multiple “specialty” providers.
