Stephanie Lemek is the executive director of the Center for Construction Mental Health and Founder and CEO of The Wounded Workforce. She works with contractors and industry leaders to address one of construction's most urgent challenges: an industry where the conditions of work, not a lack of individual toughness, drive some of the highest suicide and mental health risk rates of any sector.

Her nearly two decades of HR experience include in-house roles at ENR-ranked contractors Kiewit and McCarthy as well as Fortune 500 companies and startups, and consulting engagements with contractors including DPR Construction and Colas. She serves on the board of Construction Suicide Prevention Week and is a Founding Council Member of Project BUILT.
