Cal Beyer is vice president of workforce risk and worker well-being for CSDZ. For 100 years, CSDZ has specialized in construction insurance, surety and risk management. He was appointed to the Construction Business Owner editorial advisory board in 2016. He has served on the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention since its inception in 2010 and its executive committee since 2016. Sheldon Beddo is director of operations at AT-RISK International. He is a corporate security, law enforcement and national security expert with over 30 years of experience. Beddo is one of a small number of Association of Threat Assessment Professionals certified threat managers. He entered the corporate security industry following a 26-year career as a special agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).
