Shahin Aftabizadeh is the vice president of MindForge, a subsidiary of the International Risk Management Institute. Aftabizadeh has a background in cultural anthropology and has conducted applied field research across the United States, Central and South America and Southeast Asia. Aftabizadeh is responsible for identifying industry trends, conducting field research, and overseeing the overall success of product design, implementation and adoption.
