Mike Jahner began his career at Bobcat nearly 20 years ago as a welder in the Gwinner, North Dakota, manufacturing facility. From there, he has served in various capacities including as an engineering prototype technician, a prototype shop supervisor, a product specialist specializing in remanufacturing within aftermarket parts, and most recently, he has spent four years in the training and development department with a focus on ensuring Bobcat’s skilled trade employees have the training they need to be successful in their roles.
