Retired Lieutenant-Colonel Katherine Vigneau, CAFM spent over 26 years in the Canadian Army, including time spent acting as fleet manager responsible for policy oversight and management of a fleet of 32,000 vehicles. After retiring in 2010, Vigneau founded KMVS Fleet+ Consulting to support the fleet management, training and development needs of clients, including NAFA Fleet Management Association, where she is responsible for content management of all NAFA education and certification programs.
