Joshua W. Ballance, Esq., is senior manager and counsel on the AIA Contract Documents team at the American Institute of Architects, Washington, D.C. Ballance works actively in the creation and revision of AIA Contract Documents and provides assistance to users of AIA documents. Ballance is also a member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association.
