Ileana Holguin is a project director at McCarthy Building Companies Inc. Holguin has been a part of the McCarthy team for 20 years and has more than 2 decades of experience in the industry. Today, she leads design and construction teams covering McCarthy’s Southern California region. Holguin is an active member of the McCarthy Partnership for Women, NAWIC and Women in Construction Operations.
