Herb Brownett, CCIFP, is the president of Brownett & Associates, LLC, a construction financial management consulting firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Previously, he served as chief financial officer, senior vice president and vice president of finance for a variety of construction companies. Brownett is a longtime member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and was national chairman of both CFMA and the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (ICCIFP).
