BELOIT, Wis. (May 4, 2017) – ABC Supply Co. Inc. is proud to announce that it has again received the Gallup Great Workplace Award, making the company an 11-time winner of this prestigious honor.

Gallup has studied millions of employees around the world to discover what makes a great workplace culture.

“I am extremely proud that ABC Supply has once again been recognized as one of the best workplaces in the world,” said Chairman Diane Hendricks. “Our devoted associates are what make it all possible. Their dedication is responsible for our continued growth and our ability to provide our customers with exemplary service. ABC Supply is one of just three companies to receive the Gallup Great Workplace Award every year since the award’s inception in 2007. “Creating and sustaining a committed workplace is a team effort.”

President and CEO Keith Rozolis shared that ABC Supply’s success is a result of the company’s unwavering focus on putting employees first, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to succeed.

“We know that if we take care of our people, they’ll take great care of our customers,” Rozolis said. “Every day our associates come together with the same values and mission to go above and beyond for our contractor customers, making it easier for them to get their jobs done.”

The Gallup Great Workplace Award is based on rigorous statistical research. Companies considered for the honor were evaluated by a panel of workplace experts who compared each company’s results to those of other companies all over the world. The award is based upon multiple criteria, including response rates, overall engagement levels and evidence of engagement’s impact on performance.
