Newforma Announces New Leadership Team

BOSTON (April 1, 2026) —  Newforma, a provider of project and information management software for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, announced a series of leadership promotions that further align product, technology, go-to-market, finance and people around the company’s next phase of growth.

Newforma is investing in a leadership configuration designed to drive both growth and efficiency over the long term.

• Ben Bazso has been promoted to chief technology officer (CTO). In this role he will lead Newforma’s technology vision, architecture and engineering execution.
• Victoria Salvador has been promoted to vice president of marketing, making her responsible for Newforma’s global go-to-market and demand generation strategy. 
• David Wagner has been promoted to vice president of product marketing, leading product positioning, packaging and commercialization.
• Stacey Vigna has been promoted to vice president of human resources, with responsibility over Newforma’s global HR organization.
• Dave Porrell has been promoted to vice president of finance. In this role he will lead Newforma’s financial planning, analysis and operations.
