Curtis Industries Launches 2 New Innovations for Kubota Utility Vehicles

WEST BOYLSTON, Mass. (Nov. 13, 2025) — Curtis Industries LLC, a manufacturer of cab enclosures, attachments and accessories for compact vehicles, has announced the release of two major innovations for Kubota full-size diesel utility vehicles: half-door kits and air conditioning systems. Though each product is designed for distinct operating needs, both are engineered to enhance comfort and safety.

For operators who want protection from debris while still maintaining accessibility, the Curtis half-door kits are built to perform on the jobsite, campus and farm. Created for the Kubota RTV-X, RTV-X Crew, RTV-X Long Bed, RTV-X1140, RTV-X1130, RTV-X1120 and RTV-X900, this design encourages safe operation by keeping legs inside the vehicle — a requirement for many rental and construction environments.

Manufactured with durable, powder-coated aluminum, the doors are both lightweight and resilient, with a corrosion-resistant finish built to withstand daily use. They open wide to ensure smooth entry and exit, while the robust latching system keeps operators secure. Each kit installs seamlessly via existing mounting locations and easy adapters, eliminating the need for drilling or cutting. Users can easily switch between single- and two-row configurations without removing the doors. Together, these features make the Curtis half-door kit a durable solution that enhances safety and productivity.

For those seeking year-round climate control, the new Curtis air conditioning kits bring true automotive-style comfort to Kubota utility vehicles. Engineered for the RTV-X Crew, RTV-X Crew Huntsman Package, RTV-X Long Bed, RTV-X1140 and RTV-X1130, this system works as a new installation or a retrofit and features an engine-driven compressor. The built-in air filtration system removes dust, pests, pollen and other particles during recirculation, providing cleaner, cooler air. Constructed with lightweight, laser-welded aluminum, this low-profile design is powder coated for durability. Each complete kit is sold separately from the cab enclosure and includes a roof, integrated roof-mounted blower, vents, adjustable temperature control unit, upgraded alternator, compressor, belts and all necessary hardware for an efficient installation.

“Operators shouldn’t have to choose between performance and comfort,” said David Breault, director of sales and marketing at Curtis Industries. “While these products are designed for different applications, both the half-door and A/C solutions extend the versatility of Kubota’s full-size utility vehicles, making every season more productive.”

Both systems are now in stock and available through local Kubota dealers.
