$75 million dollar Florida construction company will promote current partner and COO to president

(6/9/2015) - Tony Hartsgrove, partner and COO of ODC Construction, will officially add president to his title.

Hartsgrove brings 13 years of experience as a home builder, during which he was responsible for the construction of thousands of homes in central Florida. In June 2011, Hartsgrove brought his extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of home building, redefining ODC's core residential offerings. In August 2012, Hartsgrove assumed general responsibility of ODC's operations. Hartsgrove earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is a licensed general contractor and licensed real estate broker.

“There’s not a doubt in my mind that Tony is the right man for this job,” said Isaac Lidsky, CEO and former president of ODC Construction. “He’s been with ODC since the beginning, and has been an integral part of its growth and success so far. I foresee nothing but good times ahead,” said Isaac Lidsky, CEO and former president of ODC Construction.

Under Hartsgrove and Lidsky’s leadership, the company has gone from losing money on $11 million in revenue in 2011, to producing profit margins of approximately $70 million last year, and is on pace to boast even higher top- and bottom-line results in 2015.

With divisions in Orlando and Tampa, ODC Construction is Florida’s largest shell construction contractor, delivering turnkey foundation, masonry and framing solutions.
