We've started making some new marketing efforts, including starting a blog. We're also making a concerted effort to get articles published about our company as well as the modular method and how it can speed up the construction process. Now is definitely the time to market your company to a newer audience.

Pulling old stragagies out of mothballs, remembering the eary 80's. Don't buy on credit for a while and pay down debt. Work to stay lean and spend wisely. Renforce good customer relations. Use your cash to buy deals rather than buying for expediency. Don't lay off key people, you'll need them all when the crisis ends. This will foster loyalty later on. Don't be afraid or too proud to take work with small margins, the idea is to keep busy.
